steamy and gooey meatloaf

ooh here i am again with more cooking!
tonight i made meatloaf suprise. what's the suprise???
i mixed beef, onions, garlic salt, pepper, ritz crackers, eggs, and topped with some (shhhh.... don't scold!) spaghetti sauce left over from dinner the other night to make a standard meatloaf. then i decided it needed something else, but what?
mozzerella! that was what! so i put some yummy cheese in the middle, and baked away. partnered with a baked potato and some spinich with vinegar, this was a hearty and yummy meal.
(and yes, i'm having meatloaf sammiches tomorrow =D )
